    Refund and Returns Policy

    Overview

    We stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, was incorrectly shipped, or did not arrive within the expected window, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Most claims are resolved within 48 hours.

    Eligible refunds

    1. Damaged or defective products

    If your parcel arrives damaged or with broken vials:

    • Email support@balticbiolabs.eu within 48 hours of delivery
    • Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description
    • We arrange replacement or full refund — your choice

    2. Wrong product shipped

    If we shipped the wrong compound or the wrong dosage:

    • Email support@balticbiolabs.eu within 48 hours
    • Do not open the product
    • Include order number and photos
    • We arrange free return shipping and dispatch the correct item

    3. Non-delivery

    If your order does not arrive within the expected window:

    • Contact us with your tracking number
    • We investigate with the courier on your behalf
    • Full refund or reship provided once non-delivery is confirmed

    Non-refundable situations

    Per industry-standard policy for research-use chemical products, we cannot refund:

    • Change of mind on a peptide that turned out not to suit your research
    • Products opened or with broken seals (safety standard)
    • Products refused at delivery or returned to sender unclaimed
    • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
    • Parcels seized by customs — you are responsible for verifying local legality before ordering

    EU Consumer Rights Directive

    The EU Consumer Rights Directive provides a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. However, the Directive contains an exemption for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons once unsealed — which applies to research peptides supplied in vials.

    For unopened, unused vials returned within the cooling-off period, contact us first to confirm whether a return is possible. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
