• EU-wide delivery: 3-7 business days
• Tracking provided for all orders
• Orders ship from our EU facility within 24-48 hours
• We ship discreetly in unmarked packaging

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting support@balticbiolabs.eu. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as they enter our fulfillment process.

• Do NOT provide medical advice or recommendations

8. Returns and Refunds

No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the nature of our research chemicals and for safety and quality control reasons:

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging
• Opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances
• Products must be in original, sealed condition with intact tamper-evident seals
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our discretion
• We may request the return of the defective product for quality control purposes

10. Product Quality and Testing

All products are:

• Manufactured in GMP-certified facilities within the European Union
• Tested by third-party laboratories for purity and quality
• Sold with a minimum purity guarantee as stated on the product page
• Accompanied by certificates of analysis available upon request

11. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are:

• Shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging
• Dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (business days)
• Trackable via DHL or similar carriers
• Subject to customs regulations and import restrictions in your country
