We ship across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Most EU orders arrive in 2-5 business days via DPD courier, with same-day dispatch on weekday orders placed before 13:00 CEST.

Where we ship
- Most EU countries via DPD — 2-5 business days, no customs or duty fees within the Schengen area
- United Kingdom and Switzerland via TNT/FedEx — 7-21 business days, customs may apply
- Selected international destinations via standard postal courier — varies by country
Some compounds are restricted in certain jurisdictions due to local regulations. You are responsible for verifying that the compound you order is legal in your country — we are not liable for parcels seized by customs.
Live shipping rates
Shipping cost depends on destination, parcel weight, and chosen courier. The exact rate for your order is shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address. Pricing is updated as couriers change their tariffs.
Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, and Austria fall in the cheapest tier (DPD intra-Schengen). Western and Southern EU destinations are mid-tier. UK and Switzerland are the most expensive due to customs handling.
Temperature in transit
Lyophilized peptides are temperature-tolerant during shipping. The most important factor is keeping them out of direct sunlight. Peptides arrive in lyophilized powder form, and short-term temperature variation during transit does not affect product quality or efficacy.
Once your parcel arrives, store the lyophilized vials in a freezer at -20°C for long-term storage, or at 2-8°C for short-term use. See our FAQ for full storage and reconstitution guidance.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with the tracking number and courier link. Track the parcel through the courier's site directly. Some international parcels can take up to 3 business days to first show tracking events after dispatch.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact support@balticbiolabs.eu with photographic evidence. We replace or refund products damaged during shipping. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
